The hotel is perfectly located in the center, close to all the main attractions like the Old Town and within easy reach of the airport and train station. The rooms are clean and well-decorated, with modern facilities like smart TVs and strong Wi-Fi. The staff is helpful and accommodating, providing all necessary information before arrival.
The only downside is the awkward shower location outside of the bathroom, facing the bed.

We had a fantastic stay right beside the metro line, in the centre of one of the city's busiest streets. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was so close to everything. The staff were helpful and provided us with a warm welcome and precious advice on discovering this amazing city. The cleanliness of the room was perfect, and the hotel facilities were fully equipped for our needs.

The hotel offers great value for money with affordable prices and attention to detail. Its prime location in the heart of the city allows for easy access to the historic center and the Spanish quarter. The staff are friendly and always available, providing excellent service. The rooms are comfortable with nice bathrooms and all the expected amenities, including comfortable beds and breakfast options.

Clean, modern design and spacious rooms. The balcony added a lovely touch to our stay. The helpful staff, especially Stefano, were really nice too ensure our needs were met. The speedy WiFi was a bonus, especially for our kids. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the lively city center. Despite not having breakfast, there were plenty of amazing cafes nearby. I highly recommend Toledo 16 Luxury Suites for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
